Delete your data

Anyone with data in a GetLogOff workspace, whether you run it yourself or someone runs it for you, can ask to have it deleted. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens.

How to ask

Email jax@thezaraai.com from the address on your account (or tell us which workspace and email to look up) and say you want your data deleted. GetLogOff has no self-serve "delete my account" button today; a person reads every request and acts on it by hand.

What gets deleted

  • Every post in the workspace: captions, drafts, notes, and approval history.
  • The uploaded and generated files behind those posts (video, images, covers, audio) in storage.
  • Stored connection tokens for any Instagram account, Facebook Page, or YouTube channel ever connected to the workspace, including ones already disconnected.
  • The account itself: the login and workspace membership tied to your email.

Disconnecting a network yourself from Settings takes effect right away: GetLogOff stops publishing to it immediately and marks it disconnected there. Actually erasing the stored token, and the rest of the list above, happens when a deletion request is processed; that is a person doing it by hand today, not an automatic nightly sweep. We are telling you that plainly rather than implying a process that does not exist yet.

How long it takes

We aim to complete every request within 30 days of receiving it, usually sooner, and we reply to confirm once it is done.
